Walker Healthforce, a healthcare consulting firm, seeks a Client Service Coordinator to join our Client Partnerships team in Bloomfield Hills, MI. The role is full-time and hybrid, working closely with Account Management and Recruiting to coordinate client requests and consultant engagements.

You will serve as a primary communication link among account managers, clients, and consultants, managing multiple priorities and ensuring timely, accurate service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client service, account coordination, staffing, recruiting, business operations, or related role.
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and independently follow through on tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with CRM, ATS, or other business management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client requests, job requisitions, candidate submissions, interviews, and onboarding activities.
• Serve as a key communication point between Account Managers, Recruiters, clients, and consultants.
• Manage multiple requests, track outstanding items, anticipate issues, and ensure timely follow-through.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain client, candidate, and consultant information in Bullhorn (CRM/ATS).
• Assist with client meetings, presentations, reporting, RFPs, and account-related research.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the client and consultant experience.
