Walker Healthforce, a certified women- and minority-owned healthcare consulting firm, seeks a Client Service Coordinator to join our Client Partnerships team in Bloomfield Hills. This hybrid, full-time role supports account management, recruiting, and client engagements with a focus on accuracy and timely service.

You will coordinate requests, manage multiple priorities, and act as the communication hub between clients, consultants and internal teams, ensuring superior service delivery.

Formación

• 2+ years in client service, account coordination, staffing, recruiting or related roles.
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate client requests, job requisitions, candidate submissions, interviews and onboarding.
• Serve as a key communication link between Account Managers, Recruiters, clients and consultants.
• Manage multiple requests, track items, anticipate issues and ensure timely follow-through.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain accuracy in Bullhorn CRM/ATS and keep information updated.
• Support client meetings, presentations, reporting, RFPs and related research.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the client/consultant experience.
