UST is seeking a Client Partner with deep clinical trial expertise to grow a global life sciences account and lead program delivery. You will translate AI and data capability into measurable outcomes, bridging clients’ clinical operations leaders with our AI teams and driving sustainable change.

You will manage relationships, scope and win work, and guide proposals and RFP responses, ensuring client satisfaction and profitable growth across designated geographies.

Formación

• At least 10 years in life sciences as a client partner in delivery oversight and consulting.
• Experience selling or delivering digital, data, or technology-enabled services to pharma/biotech/CRO clients.
• Strong familiarity with GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory expectations for electronic systems and AI use in clinical development.

Responsabilidades

• Manage key client relationships and communications at all project stages; lead steering committee meetings and workshops.
• Grow the global life sciences account, set strategy and goals, and prioritise the team’s workflow.
• Provide program leadership and ensure high-quality deliverables across projects; scope work and develop proposals with client buy-in.
• Manage P&L with offshore delivery leadership; ensure profitable, value-driven outcomes.
• Facilitate discovery with clinical operations and data leaders to map workflows and redesign processes for AI support.
