Fox Point Recruitment LLC seeks a Client Success Director – Healthcare & Life Sciences to lead AI-driven enterprise transformations for senior life sciences clients, delivering AI foundations and large-scale programs that align with CEO-level mandates and drive measurable value.

You will own Fortune 50 pharma accounts, grow multi-year relationships across major U.S. markets, and partner with delivery teams to ensure top-tier outcomes, strong client satisfaction, and repeat engagements.

Qualifications

20+ years of analytics/AI program delivery in life sciences or related industries.
Experience engaging senior executives (CIO, SVP, VP) in strategic discussions.
Proven ability to grow Fortune 100 pharma accounts and manage complex engagements.

Responsibilities

Own delivery and growth for Fortune 50 pharma accounts, driving $20M+ in annual revenue.
Lead large AI and GenAI initiatives across multi-program engagements.
Collaborate with global teams across AI, MLOps, cloud engineering, and analytics.
Ensure high client satisfaction (NPS 70+) and executive-level relationship management.
Develop and execute strategic account plans including QBRs and MBRs.
Represent full portfolio across AI, engineering, design, and pharma analytics.
Manage account economics including utilization, margins and delivery health.
