Job description

Our client is seeking a Client Partner to drive growth within its High-Tech practice. This highly visible leadership role will be responsible for managing and expanding strategic client relationships across the technology sector, including semiconductor manufacturers, cloud and digital platform providers, enterprise software companies, consumer technology firms, and related high-tech organizations.

The Client Partner will serve as the executive owner of a portfolio of strategic accounts, with responsibility for revenue growth, client satisfaction, executive relationship management, and overall account performance. Operating as the "CEO of the account", this leader will develop and execute growth strategies, identify new opportunities, oversee complex engagements, and partner closely with delivery and solution teams to drive long-term client success.

The successful candidate will bring a strong blend of industry expertise, consultative selling capabilities, commercial leadership, and executive presence. This individual will be expected to build trusted advisor relationships with senior technology executives while helping clients navigate digital transformation, supply chain modernization, enterprise technology initiatives, and operational improvement programs.

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across sales, consulting, delivery, and solution organizations.

Business Development
  • Support new business pursuits and strategic account penetration initiatives.

Candidate Profile
Professional Experience
  • 12-15+ years of experience in consulting, technology services, digital transformation, or enterprise software environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing and growing large strategic accounts within the High-Tech sector.
  • Experience supporting clients across one or more of the following industries:
  • Semiconductors
  • Enterprise Software
  • Consumer Technology
  • Proven track record of driving large, complex consulting and technology services engagements.
  • Experience selling and delivering enterprise transformation initiatives, including supply chain, ERP, cloud, digital, AI, data, or product engineering services.
  • Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, and account planning.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
