Slalom North Central is seeking a Client Partner (Director) in Des Moines to grow the Financial Services portfolio across Iowa. Based in Des Moines, you will drive growth through business development, account leadership, delivery oversight, and market presence.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader with a proven track record of developing new business, growing strategic accounts, and delivering client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, or professional services.
• Proven success owning and growing consulting portfolios, including revenue, profitability, utilization, and client satisfaction.
• Experience selling, leading, and overseeing complex engagements from pursuit through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage the Financial Services portfolio across Iowa and the North Central market.
• Drive net-new business and expansion within existing client relationships.
• Develop and execute account strategies aligning Slalom capabilities with client priorities.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with decision-makers across Iowa's Financial Services community.
• Provide oversight across engagements to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
• Lead business development efforts including proposals, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
• Partner with clients to influence strategic direction and identify innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with capability leaders and delivery teams to bring full services to clients.
