Job summary

Power Plus is seeking a customer service‑oriented teammate in Perris, CA to handle inbound inquiries by phone, email and web submissions, and to research prospects using social platforms and AI tools to support the sales team.

The role requires organization, ownership, and strong communication; familiarity with LinkedIn and AI tools is a plus, with training and mentoring provided to grow within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research target customers using Construct Connect, Zoom Info and other AI tools.
• Identify contacts via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Zoom Info and arrange appointments.
• Use multiple platforms for marketing outreach and lead generation.
• Track leads from websites, social media and other sources.
• Establish rapport with potential clients and support sales team with timely information.
• Submit pre-qualification vendor packets when needed.
• Serve as first contact for inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web submissions.
• Follow routine instructions and contribute to team needs.
