Qualifications

• Call center or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Research target customers using Construct Connect, ZoomInfo, and other AI tools.
• Identify contacts with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and schedule client appointments.
• Manage multi-channel outreach and marketing communications.
• Track leads and route inquiries to the appropriate sales personnel.
• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web submissions.
• Collaborate with multiple divisions to qualify vendor packets.
