Job summary

Power Plus, a multi-industry leader in providing power when you need it, is seeking a customer-service oriented professional to handle inbound inquiries by phone, email and web submissions. You will use social media and AI tools to uncover new prospective customers and introduce prospects to a sales representative.

The role requires strong organization, ownership, and the ability to collaborate across multiple divisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and call center environments.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Research target customers using Construct Connect and Zoom Info.
• Identify contacts with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and set appointments.
• Execute multi-platform marketing outreach.
• Track leads from websites, social media, and other sources.
• Provide timely information to the sales team.
• Serve as first contact for incoming calls and redirect inquiries.
• Other duties as needed.
