BNY Mellon in Los Angeles is seeking a Specialist, Client Operations 2 within Corporate Trust and Custody Services. You will own end-to-end trade processing through settlement, coordinate with internal teams, and serve as the primary contact for client queries and escalations.

In this role, you will manage day-to-day custody servicing, review wire payments and cash movements for accuracy, and troubleshoot SWIFT messages.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end trade processing through settlement, including controls and risk management.
• Serve as the primary contact for process queries and senior stakeholder communication.
• Manage day-to-day custody servicing and client query resolution for assigned institutional clients.
• Process wire payments and cash movements with accuracy and timely execution.
• Interpret and troubleshoot SWIFT messages related to settlement and cash movements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely settlements and resolve breaks.
