BNY Mellon is seeking a Specialist II, Client Coverage to join the Global Payments & Trade Client Executive team in Lake Mary, FL. The role focuses on managing small, non-complex client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and timely resolution of inquiries.

The incumbent will oversee contacts with clients, coordinate with operations, and maintain knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes while gaining experience under guidance from senior staff.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 1–3+ years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in Client Coverage, Sales, Account Management or Client Service Delivery preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees assigned client accounts to ensure satisfaction and swift response to needs.
• Consults with clients on best practices, solutions, and regulatory changes.
• Acts as day-to-day point of contact for clients and coordinates service with internal teams.
• Tracks and reports on client metrics and maintains up-to-date knowledge of client activity.
• Escalates issues to senior team members or management as needed.
