Aufgaben

• Be a point of contact within Global/Regional IMOS for clients and partners to ensure premier service delivery.
• Take ownership or oversight of daily operational activities essential to middle office services.
• Escalate issues, provide service updates, and communicate progress for clients and partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve service levels and efficiency for JP Morgan and clients.
• Build internal relationships with global operations, client service, Front Office, Risk, and Compliance.
• Collaborate with technology, product, and other operations to manage IBOR service delivery.
• Provide oversight of IBOR, reconciliations, and lifecycle management.
