Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Market Transition Associate to partner with Markets Sales, Trading and clients to onboard and prepare accounts for trading. You will coordinate with Reference Data, KYB, Accounts, Credit, Legal and Operations to ensure timely onboarding and excellent client service.

The role emphasizes project management, client-facing activities, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, global environment across the US, Europe and Asia Pacific regions.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three years experience in client facing role within financial services industry.
• Excellent client & stakeholder communication and relationship building skills.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong understanding of the institutional client landscape, with insight into the markets trading products used in client strategies.

Aufgaben

• Establish and maintain relationships with senior level client contacts and deliver onboarding requirements with urgency.
• Manage diverse client base including Asset Managers, Pension Funds, Alternatives and Banks to provide excellent onboarding experience.
• Direct delivery of client onboarding through go-live; provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders; host calls and follow up on actions.
• Build strong relationships with internal partners to ensure transparent and efficient onboarding service.
