Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Newark, DE seeks an Associate II in Prime Brokerage to support accurate trade processing across asset classes and to drive efficient funding and reconciliation workflows. The role requires 3+ years in trade lifecycle, automation experience, and FINRA licensing (SIE + Series 99) or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in managing trade lifecycle processes, with a focus on cash movements and funding for managed demand deposit accounts.
• Experience using automation technologies to optimize trade lifecycle operations.
• Advanced knowledge of market product definitions, operating procedures, and industry regulations.
• Proven ability to manage projects effectively with cross-functional teams and on-time delivery.
• Proficiency in data analysis and ledger reconciliation tools.
• FINRA licensing: SIE + Series 99 (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and management of funding for DDA accounts and timely allocation of wires to client funding accounts.
• Conduct comprehensive ledger reconciliations and promptly address discrepancies.
• Collaborate with other lines of business to facilitate proper funding and coordination.
• Validate internal entries for processing and confirm instructions with attention to detail.
• Lead and manage projects in partnership with Operations, Product, Tech and Change teams.
• Contribute to end-to-end process and operating model reviews for improvements.
• Ensure controls mitigate financial risks and address gaps proactively.
• Support strategic initiatives with Product, Tech and Change partners for stack adoption.
• Understand front-to-back operations including confirmations, settlements and regulatory reporting.
