Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in New York seeks an Analyst in Business Services Investment Banking to join a high-performing team focused on delivering value for clients across Commercial, Industrial, Environmental, Consumer and Professional services sectors.

You will perform financial analysis and modeling, support origination and execution of M&A, debt and equity processes, and interact directly with senior bankers and clients to drive strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of investment banking Coverage or M&A experience.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with financial data.
• Proven team player able to interact with internal groups and clients.
• Excellent multi-tasking and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support senior team members in origination activities including analyzing mergers and acquisitions and valuation work.
• Participate in execution activities across M&A, debt and equity processes with standard workstreams.
• Build valuation models using comps, DCF, and acquisition analyses.
• Collaborate with large-cap, middle-market, and founder-owned clients on strategic objectives.
• Support sponsor coverage efforts and quarterly / annual business planning.
• Analyze large diligence data sets and synthesize findings for senior leaders.
