• Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain patient files accurately within deadlines.
• Aim to upload a minimum of 135 files per day within 30 days and sustain.
• Review data discrepancies and route to the correct department.
• Verify patient name, address, and primary insurance to prevent errors.
• Upload and label Additional Documentation items to the correct location.
