Job summary

BNY Mellon in Berwyn, PA is seeking a Specialist, Client Operations to join the Archer Ops team. You will work with external clients to resolve day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources, and support operational questions to ensure Requests are executed.

You will use problem-solving and communication skills to deliver high-quality service for a specialized client base, monitor inquiries, escalate complex issues, and contribute to initiatives that improve the client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with external clients to resolve day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate BNY Mellon resources.
• Support clients with operational and technical questions or issues and ensure requests are executed.
• Use problem-solving and communication skills to deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base.
• Monitor client inquiries, escalate complex issues, and track client needs to support business development efforts.
• Participate in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.
