BNY is seeking a Senior Specialist, Client Operations to join the Archer team in Berwyn, PA - 4 days in-office. This role will be responsible for executing quality control activities, identifying and escalating operational risk, supporting control assessments, and helping ensure processes are performed in a controlled, accurate, and compliant manner. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and organizational skills, control-oriented thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams while communicating insights clearly to management and senior leadership.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Work with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon.
  • Support clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues and ensure requests are executed.
  • Apply advanced problem-solving skills, judgment, and experience to analyze information and deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base.
  • Proactively assist clients in reviewing potential business needs and direct them to appropriate BNY Mellon resources; help improve the client experience through process improvements.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
