Omnicom is seeking an Assistant, Client Operations in the United States to support day-to-day client operations activities, including savings reporting, data reconciliation, and payment workflows. • Support the preparation of monthly client savings reports.
• Assist with reconciliation of data across multiple systems and documentation sources.
• Support payment-related workflows and operational requests.
• Coordinate information between Client Operations and cross-functional teams.
• Track and manage operational tickets to ensure timely follow-up.
• Perform initial review of discrepancies and elevate issues when appropriate.
• Maintain process documentation and operational records.
• Assist with recurring reporting and administrative operational tasks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational deliverables.
