Job summary

Brainlabs is seeking a Client Leadership Project Manager to drive timely delivery across allocated client accounts. You will manage cross-functional teams, resolve issues, track progress, and ensure QA standards are met to keep deliverables on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management in a client-centric organization.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing solutions and ability to lead multi-product clients.
• Huge attention to detail, calm under pressure, solution-focused, highly organized and efficient.
• Expert proficiency in Monday.com.
• Demonstrable experience in setting & following QA processes.
• Very strong communication, interpersonal, data analysis and presentation skills.
• Passionate about doing great work for clients.
• Excited about developing others around you in your craft.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery for all client commitments across allocated client(s) through hands-on project management.
• Resolve issues, track progress and marshal resources.
• Prioritize work streams, define, set and track QA, ensure deliverables are on time, within brief and budget.
• Coordinate multiple internal and external meetings, produce notes/action items, provide status updates and prepare reports (QBRs, competitive reports).
• Sign off on fee sheets.
