Job summary

NuvemRx seeks an Associate Director of Operations for the Greater Philadelphia Area. This on-site, senior-management role focuses on end-to-end program ownership including 340B optimization, patient-first operations, and high-level customer engagement with pharmacy leadership.

The role requires a pharmacist license in good standing, 7+ years of pharmacy operations experience, and a proven ability to manage pharmacy teams and drive performance across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license (PharmD or RPh) in good standing.
• 7+ years of pharmacy operations experience with 3+ years leading pharmacy teams.
• Experience as primary relationship owner for a customer or major account.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer leadership, including the C-suite and pharmacy leadership.
• Office on site weekly at the customer location.
• Own program health, including performance against contractual commitments and escalation management.
• Lead growth and improvement initiatives within the partnership, from scoping to execution.
• Directly manage and develop Pharmacy Managers and build high-performing teams.
