Monaco's first Solutions Engineer will be the technical lead on upmarket deals, learning how a customer's sales system runs today, designing how it will run on Monaco, and helping the account executive close. Your role spans scoping migrations, deciding with the product team what can be delivered, and handing a defined plan to the implementation team.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in RevOps, GTM systems or solutions engineering.
• Deep knowledge of how B2B GTM systems work end to end: lifecycle stages, routing, automation, reporting, permissions.
• Experience reading and configuring Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRM objects, fields and workflows.
• Understanding how a sales tech stack fits together from CRM to sequencing, enrichment and call recording.
• Experience building integrations via APIs, webhooks and structured data (SQL or scripting).

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical discovery: map how the customer runs revenue today, including CRM objects, pipelines, and integrations.
• Design Monaco-enabled future state and how agents will perform workflows.
• Demo it: build demo accounts and present to VPs of Sales and RevOps to aid closing.
• Scope the migration: data there, mapping, validation, and cutover timing.
• Be the gate: decide deliverable scope with product and flag non-core initiatives.
• Hand off and feed back: provide a defined implementation plan and extract requirements for product/engineering.
