Monaco is building an AI-native revenue platform that consolidates GTM tools into a single system. You will own post-sales operations, partnering with launch operations and FDAE teams to drive activation, retention and expansion using data-driven insights.

This senior RevOps role focuses on turning data into actionable strategies, defining playbooks from top customers, and scaling revenue in a usage-based business with autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong data skills including SQL and modeling.
• Experience turning data into business recommendations for sales leaders.
• Autonomy in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment with shifting priorities.
• Background in GTM, RevOps, or BizOps at early-stage startups.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM operations end-to-end for launch operations and post-sales.
• Identify onboarding bottlenecks and measure impact on activation and usage.
• Create repeatable playbooks from top customers' success patterns.
• Model consumption and expansion signals to drive usage-based revenue.
• Lead post-sales analytics with the data team on activation, health, expansion and churn.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive operational projects to completion.
• Deliver leadership-level reporting on retention and net revenue.
• Spot issues in data and present actionable recommendations.
