Job summary

Playbook seeks a results-driven Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day service delivery at multiple client locations. You will manage sites nationwide, bridging frontline hosts with leadership to uphold top-quality operations and client expectations.

The role reports to the Director of Client Delivery and requires 5+ years in operations, plus strong leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder management. Salary is competitive with equity potential for top performers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, hospitality, facilities, or client services.
• 3+ years leading full-time teams.
• Experience managing multiple client stakeholders across locations/time zones.
• Experience with budgets, P&L, and reporting.
• Familiarity with CRE ecosystem and landlord priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee host teams across multiple client locations and ensure high service quality.
• Manage client relationships with property/asset managers.
• Track KPIs and deliver monthly/quarterly updates.
• Lead rollout of initiatives and ensure SOPs and brand guidelines.
