Job summary

Dealer eProcess is seeking a Client Account Administrator to join our Digital Retailing team in a full-time role. The position focuses on coordinating onboarding, managing dealer accounts, and aligning internal resources to deliver projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to clearly discuss company or third-party products/tools.
• Comfortable with making calls and sending emails.
• Highly organized self-starter who quickly adapts to processes and maintains excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects in different phases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs Suite
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Zendesk, Salesforce)

Responsibilities

• Manages dashboard administration: create dealer accounts, add/remove users, update tool settings.
• Organizes and conducts client onboarding strategy meetings.
• Oversees the completion of setup documents.
• Maintains the product order pipeline.
• Reviews and audits active dealer sites.
• Coordinates with support and inventory on ticket requests.
