Job summary

Publicis Commerce is seeking a Director, Client Operations to lead the team’s efficiency and quality across scoping, finances and processes. The role requires partnering with the Lead and clients to deliver a best-in-class product and service in a hybrid work setup, with commutable distances to Detroit, Troy; Rogers, AR; Chicago or New York.

The candidate should have 10+ years of marketing or operations experience, agency or project management background, and a Bachelor's degree in advertising,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field.
• 10+ years of marketing or operations experience, agency or PM preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Partnering Client Lead with annual scope development and custom scope enhancements.
• Monitor staff allocation and budgets, flag changes in scope affecting resources.
• Manage scopes to ensure the team is funded and reports at 90% billable.
• Identify and support tools to assist scoping (e.g., AI/Marilyn integration).
• Plan and lead weekly meetings; contribute to QBRs; design solutions to resolve issues.
