Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years in administrative, customer service, retail, sales, and/or another fast-paced environment
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent
• Technical: Proficient in Digital Literacy: Desktop (e.g., MS word, Workforce Management Systems, Excel and Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Review new orders and staffing needs with complete details.
• Prepare onboarding including I-9 forms and IDs.
• Meet and greet new talent and conduct safety/site orientation.
• Provide client updates on talent performance and attendance.
• Enter data, reconcile time entries, payroll and invoicing.
• Run end-of-day wrap-up and safety reporting.
• Process additional client orders and talent assignments.
