Parmele Disability Advocates is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to serve as a friendly first point of contact for SSDI and VA disability claims. You will guide prospective clients through intake, gather essential information, and coordinate the next steps with attorneys and staff.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound phone calls and live chat inquiries with professionalism, compassion, and urgency.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls with individuals interested in SSDI or VA disability representation.
• Build rapport quickly and create a positive first impression of the firm.
• Clearly explain our services and help prospective clients understand available options.
• Gather and accurately document client information within the firm's systems.
• Schedule consultations and coordinate next steps in the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all intake documentation is complete and up to date.
• Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to support a seamless client experience.
• Perform general administrative tasks related to client onboarding and intake.
