Parmele Disability Advocates is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to be the first point of contact for individuals pursuing SSDI and VA disability claims. You will guide prospects through the intake process, explain services, and coordinate next steps with attorneys and staff.

The ideal candidate is empathetic, organized, and communicates clearly, building trust quickly to ensure a welcoming onboarding experience for clients from the first conversation through to action.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication with a professional phone presence.
• Ability to guide conversations and build trust quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• High attention to detail and organization.
• Problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound phone calls and live chat inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to potential SSDI/VA clients.
• Build rapport quickly and create a positive first impression.
• Explain services and available options clearly to prospects.
• Document client information accurately in the firm's systems.
• Schedule consultations and coordinate onboarding steps.
• Maintain records and ensure intake documentation is up to date.
• Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to support the client experience.
• Perform general administrative onboarding tasks.
