Job summary

Gallagher, a leading insurance and risk management firm, seeks an Implementation Coordinator to lead onboarding of new clients and benefit programs. You will be the primary contact for clients, brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, guiding projects from sale to ongoing administration.

The role requires strong project management, excellent communication, and a client-focused mindset. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 2+ years in service or PM, are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or project management experience advising clients, implementing and onboarding complex customers, and managing multiple projects.
• Excellent customer service skills with external customers and internal partners.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• This customer-facing role will act as the liaison between new customers and internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process from start to finish.
• Prepare onboarding client documentation, including client administrative summaries, folders, and kickoff calls/trainings.
• Maintain ongoing onboarding communications with the account contacts, resolving questions timely and professionally.
• Track onboarding status to meet timelines and ensure completion within the agreed timeframe.
• Partner with internal departments to troubleshoot onboarding obstacles or issues and escalate when necessary.
