Job summary

Gallagher, a leading global insurer and risk advisor, is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to lead onboarding for new clients and benefit programs.

In this role you will coordinate across client, broker, vendor, and internal stakeholders, manage timelines, document processes, and ensure a seamless transition from sale to ongoing administration, delivering outstanding client experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or project management with onboarding experience.
• Excellent customer service for external clients and internal partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between new customers and internal teams to ensure onboarding success.
• Prepare onboarding documents, schedules, and kickoff trainings.
• Maintain ongoing communications with account contacts and resolve questions promptly.
• Track onboarding timelines and escalate issues when needed.
• Support continuous improvement of onboarding processes.
