Arthur J. Gallagher is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support the Sales and Account Management teams with marketing, sales, and service activities for client and prospective accounts.

The role involves coordinating team workflow, assisting with onboarding and client service life cycles, and maintaining records while communicating effectively with clients and internal partners. A Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of coordination experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year minimum of client coordination or claims management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to quickly determine critical issues.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Account Management teams on marketing, sales, and service activities for client and prospective accounts.
• Coordinate and communicate team workflow and scheduling.
• Assist with service inquiries, claims, billing and administrative issues under supervision.
• Maintain client onboarding lifecycle and ensure seamless client experience.
• Utilize Gallagher resources and tools to maximize efficiency in client deliverables.
