Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive onboarding for tax and cost basis client integrations. You will analyze needs, design workflows, ensure data quality, and partner with operations, tech, and product to deliver scalable solutions.

In this hybrid Austin-based role, you will own end-to-end onboarding projects, report to senior management, and help shape data-driven improvements for client success.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in cost basis and tax reporting operations.
• Familiar with back-office systems and client integration.
• Experience solving business problems with data.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients by analyzing tax and cost basis onboarding needs.
• Design workflows and document requirements for onboarding.
• Bridge clients, operations, technology, and product teams throughout onboarding.
• Assess data quality and implement automated solutions to improve it.
• Create dashboards to monitor onboarding progress and data health.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding process improvements and documentation.
