Citi Solutions Center Poland seeks a Client Onboarding Lead Analyst to drive the design and delivery of streamlined, globally consistent onboarding processes. You will lead transformations, manage readiness for launches, and collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations to improve the client experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in client onboarding or related financial services function.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and change initiatives.
• Knowledge of risk and control frameworks; ability to mitigate risks.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• English language proficiency to a professional business standard.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation of onboarding processes to a global standard.
• Manage onboarding readiness for new product launches.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology and Operations teams to improve onboarding.
• Define KPIs and drive continuous improvement across global onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies.
