Job summary

Redirect Health is seeking a New Client Onboarding Specialist to ensure new clients are onboarded effectively, feel confident from day one, and set up for long-term success. You will own end-to-end onboarding projects, educate clients on how Redirect Health works, collaborate with Healthcare Consultants, Brokers, and Care Logistics teams, and continually improve enrollment outcomes and client experience.

Qualifications

5+ years in customer service, professional services, and/or onboarding.
2+ years in account management or client success.
Clear, empathetic verbal and written communication.
Analytical mindset with strong project management skills.
Team-oriented and able to support others in a healthcare context.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end onboarding projects with timelines, tasks, communication, and completion.
Educate clients on how Redirect Health works and how to navigate their benefits.
Collaborate with Healthcare Consultants, AR Specialists, Brokers, Care Logistics, Claims, and Member Success teams.
Improve onboarding efficiency, enrollment outcomes, and the overall client experience.
Advocate for new clients across Redirect Health teams.
