Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Implementation Specialist to manage client onboarding from initiation through the first 90 days of launch. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure a smooth transition and successful program deployment.

Responsibilities include developing recruitment profiles, guiding training curricula, coordinating with operations, and driving KPI reviews during the initial rollout. Strong English communication and desk-based work are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business related field or Project Management
• 5+ years of experience in management or project management
• Strong written and oral English communication skills
• Be available to work before/after typical office hours; may require flex hours
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and MS Outlook (or similar email app)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the client implementation process from initiation to transition to Operations
• Ensure a positive client experience during implementation and the first 90 days of a new program launch
• Coordinate cross‑departmental information and provide strategic direction across Sales, Operations, and Finance
• Attend new client training events and program launches, and establish a successful first 90 days to drive additional business
