Job summary

IQONIC Wealth Management is seeking a Client Onboarding Coordinator to ensure a seamless, professional onboarding experience for clients. You will oversee applications for insurance and investment accounts and collaborate with the team to move money and coordinate underwriting processes.

This role offers exposure to a broad range of financial services, working with Advisors and Associates to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain Life and Health Insurance License within 60 days.
• Must obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 63.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, team-oriented mentality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the completion of applications and account-opening paperwork for insurance and investment products.
• Collaborate with team members to address client inquiries, manage money movement, and coordinate underwriting processes.
• Proactively manage the underwriting process for insurance applications.
• Track and manage tasks using our CRM and other tools to ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide direct support to Advisors and Associate Advisors, enabling them to focus on delivering exceptional service to clients.
