Job summary

Nextep is seeking a Client Success Manager who will ensure our clients are happy, taken care of, and thriving. You’ll work with multiple departments to maintain relationships, visit clients, and gather feedback, ensuring their HR needs are met with proactive guidance.

The role emphasizes communication, client advocacy, and data-driven reporting to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth while acting as the primary liaison between clients and Nextep’s service teams.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience engaging with high-level officials within organizations.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships across departments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and relationships.
• Monitor client satisfaction and engagement; proactively identify improvements.
• Advocate for clients as their dedicated account manager at Nextep.
• Conduct regular check-ins to understand HR needs and provide proactive support.
• Track and report on client KPIs like satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Serve as the liaison between clients and Nextep service teams.
