Qualifications

• Experience supporting client onboarding or account setup processes.
• Strong project coordination with timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
• Familiarity with secure data transfers and standardized file formats.
• Clear communication with clients, external partners, and internal teams.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in employee voluntary benefits, client onboarding, or related ops.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and openness to AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding timeline for assigned new clients.
• Communicate implementation milestones, requirements, deadlines, and updates to clients, brokers, TPAs, and internal partners.
• Coordinate operational setup using standardized implementation processes, approved file layouts, and secure data transfer protocols.
• Partner with fulfillment teams and Account Executives on low-complexity platform changes for in-force clients.
• Gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements for onboarding, file layouts, data transfers, and ongoing administration.
• Maintain implementation documentation and accurate client configurations.
• Monitor projects against deadlines and escalate risks, dependencies, or timeline concerns.
• Identify and communicate process barriers affecting onboarding or program administration.
• Recommend process improvements to reduce client administrative burden and support smoother implementation outcomes.
• Own assigned onboarding and client change projects from initiation through completion.
