Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an organized, detail-oriented coordinator to support clients through enrollment processes, perform data entry across multiple databases, and maintain compliant communications with stakeholders.

You will build relationships with employers, employees, and program contacts, manage inquiries within contractual timeframes, and collaborate with internal teams to address issues and drive program growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of data entry experience and accuracy in databases.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting client relationships and handling inquiries with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support clients (employers and employees) during enrollment processes.
• Process related paperwork and manage electronic communication.
• Accurate data entry across several databases while meeting deadlines.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, program contacts, and third-party organizations.
