The role requires strong relationship-building, stakeholder influence, and a discipline for time-to-value in a changing environment. Prior success in onboarding or customer success within software is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and implementation to drive adoption and ROI.
• Build partnerships with business and technical stakeholders across Redgate solutions.
• Own and co-manage Onboarding Plans with milestones and KPIs in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to remove blockers and apply best practices.
• Coordinate with Professional Services and Premium Support as needed.
• Lead customer meetings face-to-face and virtual as ambassador for Redgate.
