Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist in Getzville, NY to support the client and sales lifecycle across Capital Markets. You will work with salespeople and client executives to enable smooth onboarding and ongoing maintenance of high-value accounts.

You will diagnose root causes, implement robust processes, and help reduce manual intervention while enhancing client experience and accuracy of pre- and post-trade setups.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with client onboarding processes in capital markets.
• Knowledge of risk, middle office, or front-office operations is a plus.
• Understanding of sales lifecycle and client engagement best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of the client and sales lifecycle with salespeople and clients.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding and maintenance of high-value clients.
• Diagnose root causes of issues and implement strategic solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor controls and ensure accurate, right-first-time client set-ups.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve STP.
