Jobtailor in Austin, TX seeks a client operations coordinator to manage up to 60 active clients from kickoff to website launch. You will run 3–4 client Zoom calls daily (45–60 minutes) to gather input and set expectations, translating client vision into actionable steps for internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality results.

Ideal candidates bring 0–2 years in software implementation, media agency work, or creative/client operations, with empathy and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in software implementation, media agency work, or creative/client operations.
• Experience coordinating client calls, meetings, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong empathy for clients and a high bar for the experience you deliver.
• Ability to think on your feet and find solutions when plans change.
• Can-do attitude and consistently positive energy.
• Familiarity with Squarespace, Shopify, or WordPress is a plus.
• Interest in luxury real estate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing a book of up to 60 active clients from kickoff through website launch.
• Running 3–4 client Zoom calls per day (45–60 minutes each) to gather input and set expectations.
• Translating client vision into actionable steps for internal teams, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Monitoring project timelines and addressing delays or blockers before they impact the client.
• Maintaining high CSAT scores and targeting 3–5 Google Reviews per quarter.
• Achieving 15 website launches per month.
• Coordinating with Product Fulfillment Team to build and connect IDX feeds.
• Documenting client interactions and task management in Salesforce.
• Contributing to process improvements, new product rollouts, and mentorship initiatives.
