Job summary

McKesson's Rx Savings Solutions team seeks an Implementation Analyst to join its Business Operations group. The role drives onboarding, project planning, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a successful client launch and high-quality experiences.

Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding, maintaining project plans, and providing technical support across teams, with a focus on timely delivery and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent, and 4+ years’ experience in employee voluntary benefits or client on-boarding & servicing.
• Project Management experience required with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Experience with file transfer methods and communicating specs to clients.
• Ability to identify risks and ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude or similar).
• Strong requirements gathering and process improvement focus.
• Excellent communication with technology providers and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a consistent and efficient client on-boarding transition to ongoing account administration.
• Manage on-boarding timeline and communicate adjustments to all parties.
• Maintain project plans and ensure compliance to timeframe.
• Identify and research onboarding problems and develop resolutions.
• Set up new clients and administer onboarding workflows.
• Provide technical support to all teams during implementation.
• Coordinate with team to resolve issues within required timeframes.
• Evaluate client configuration requirements and ensure system compliance.
• Collaborate with system integration and training teams for effective implementation.
