Paz Financial Consulting is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients through onboarding steps, ensuring accurate data capture and a smooth start to relationships.

You will coordinate workflows, maintain data quality, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve questions and move clients forward with confidence.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1+ year in onboarding or customer success, and strong communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years in client onboarding, customer success, operations, or related role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM or onboarding/workflow tools is preferred (specific tools may vary).
• Comfort working with timelines, checklists, and process-driven tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding requests while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
• Inclusive, professional mindset and the ability to build trust with clients and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure clients complete required steps accurately and on schedule.
• Collect, verify, and document client information in a secure and organized manner.
• Communicate onboarding status updates to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear, professional way.
• Prepare and manage onboarding workflows, checklists, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor progress through onboarding timelines and elevate blockers as needed.
• Confirm the completion of onboarding requirements and ensure records are complete and up to date.
• Answer client questions and provide guidance on next steps during the onboarding process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address onboarding-related issues and improve process consistency.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow established data handling and privacy practices.
• Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding steps and improve the overall client experience.
