Responsibilities

• Perform detailed conflict-of-interest research and reviews.
• Follow the firm’s New Business Intake (NBI) procedures.
• Assign unique client and matter ID numbers.
• Maintain and update client and case records.
• Communicate with attorneys about conflicts or issues.
• Run business-research reports to verify new clients’ credentials.
• Provide training for new NBI team staff.
