Job summary

DTCC in Jersey City is seeking an Implementation Analyst in SIFMU Integration and a member of the CSS Onboarding & Lifecycle Operations team. You will lead onboarding from project initiation through production readiness and go-live, building strong client relationships and ensuring on-time delivery of the DTCC Solutions suite.

Responsibilities include serving as the primary client contact, eliciting requirements, documenting artifacts, and guiding risk and issue resolution across multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business analyst/project manager for each client engagement; manage scope and timeline and act as primary client contact.
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, and workflow analysis; develop recommendations.
• Develop and document project artifacts (e.g. BRD, Conformance Tests, Status Reports).
• Accountable for project success and resolution of issues during the life cycle.
• Lead regular project status meetings and support clients during testing and production rollout.
