Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Client Manager on the Employee Health & Benefits team to deliver day-to-day client service, resolve claims, handle billing and eligibility issues, and coordinate with consultants for effective benefit solutions.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, has knowledge of insurance products, strong MS Office skills, and can work in the U.S. without sponsorship. The role offers a hybrid work model with in-office days and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of insurance products/lines and funding mechanisms
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day client service including claim resolution, billing and eligibility issues
• Solves intermediate level issues and keeps consultant aware of escalations
• Directly manages client relationships and deliverables from internal and external resources
• Works within a team to build client benefit packages and participates in carrier negotiations

A day in the life.

As our Client Manager on the Employee Health & Benefits (EHB) team, you’ll provide day-to-day Client service including claim resolution, billing and eligibility issues. Solves intermediate level issues and keeps consultant aware of any escalations. Directly manages client relationships. Manages deliverables from internal and external resources. Works within a team to build creative client benefit packages and participates in carrier negotiations.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

• Working knowledge of insurance products/lines and various funding mechanisms

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• 4-6 years of experience in HR or benefits

• Life & Health license or ability to obtain within 90 days
