As a Client Manager on our Employee Health & Benefits team, you will focus on delivering exceptional client service and managing client accounts effectively. You will resolve complex issues related to claims, billing, and eligibility while keeping benefits consultants informed. Your insights in market strategy and requests for benchmarking data will help shape our approach. You will lead the marketing process by gathering RFP documents and exploring negotiation opportunities. Additionally, you will drive carrier negotiations and oversee technological implementations to ensure seamless client experience. Your skills in preparing presentations, developing meeting agendas, and coordinating plan documents will be essential as you guide clients through the enrollment process. Collaboration with compliance resources will ensure adherence to regulations.
Your confidence in driving client strategy and engaging with decision-makers will be key – you will be responsible for overseeing the full benefits renewal lifecycle including monitoring deliverables. Ultimately, your commitment to outstanding client service and strategic initiatives will significantly enhance our client experience.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $64,700 to $120,400.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certificates, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
