Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Client Manager on the Employee Health & Benefits team to actively manage an assigned book of business in collaboration with the Employee Benefits Consultant and service team to meet client benefit needs and service expectations.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years' experience in welfare benefits plan industry, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and is comfortable with a hybrid work model.

As our Client Manager on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you’ll actively manage an assigned book of business working in conjunction with the Employee Benefits Consultant and assigned service team to ensure each client’s employee benefit plan needs and agreed upon service expectations are met.

• 3-5 years’ experience in the welfare benefits plan industry working for an employer, insurer/administrator, consultant, or broker

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
